COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and libraries

Everyone visiting a library is expected to wear a face covering. Entry will not be allowed without one unless you have a valid exemption.

Library service update - May 2021

From Tuesday 4 May 2021, the following libraries are open for browsing, 45 minute PC use and to click and collect a bundle of books without needing to book an appointment. Just pop in next time you are passing.

The doors are open at Aldermoor, Allesley Park, Bell Green, Canley, Central, Coundon, Foleshill, Jubilee Crescent, Stoke, Tile Hill and Willenhall Libraries.

Each library has a maximum number of people that are able in the space at any one time and Library staff will help you use the library safely.

Library opening times. In addition to the hours stated, due to COVID-19, libraries are closed for half an hour at the beginning and end of each day for sanitisation and cleaning

Hillfields Library is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am – 2pm phone 024 7678 6980.

For computer use and click and collect services you can still use the online form to guarantee a time slot
