The scheme enjoys significant frontage to the A45 Coventry Road, close to its juncture with the A46, both recognised as the city's major arterial connections to the surrounding motorway network and in particular the M6, the M40 and the M1. Both Birmingham and Coventry Airport are within a short drive, the latter being within two miles of the scheme.


Coventry & Warwickshire Gateway is a two phase development located to the South East of Coventry straddling the A45 and the City border with Warwickshire. The initial development, currently underway, is creating a 60 acre mixed use business park of which 29 acres will become an extension to the Jaguar Land Rover global headquarters at Whitley and will also be home to the UK Battery industrialisation Centre (UKBIC).

This will be followed by a further 200 acres of land capable of providing 3.6 million sq ft of large B2/B8 warehousing on a site benefiting from a prime central location.
