Course aims:

‘Lite Bites’ are a source of collaborative, dialogue-based learning experiences, a coming together to share practice knowledge and experience.
These are a short briefing on a particular topic to raise awareness, share knowledge, debate, discuss, learn, share research, evidence and best practice.

Course outcomes:

Each session will have its own theme and will be led by those with experience of the topic, this could be ‘practice leads’ and indeed any social work or social care professional with an area of interest and expertise in the topic.

Topics planned for 2021 include:

Financial Assessment
Strength-based conversations
Social work standards
Continuing Health
Mental Health Act
Modern Slavery
CPD
Supervision
