Tai Chi is gentle but powerful. This is “moving meditation” from ancient China. It improves strength, suppleness, sensitivity and mental balance by nurturing internal energy (chi). Its benefits are scientifically proven in terms of increasing heart health, balance, improving stress response and sleep quality. Suitable for all ages. No joining or membership fees - not for profit. Friendly informal class. Beginners welcome.
