Group coaching for adults of all ages and abilities from complete beginners to club players is held every Monday evening.
Cardio tennis is a fun,sociable group fitness class, open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by music you'll get to hit lots of tennis balls and have a great workout at the same time.
