Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) or Indefinite Leave to Enter (ILE) is the same as Settled Status
Also known as Settlement, means there no time limit on your length of stay in the UK. With this status you will have a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP), this card will last up to 10 years. If you have ILR you have access to public funds (benefits, tax credits or local authority housing and homelessness support).
Leave to Remain (LR) or Leave to Enter is the same as Pre-Settled Status
This is a general provision regarding entry clearance, leave to enter or remain in the UK. This doesn’t necessarily mean that the individual can or cannot access public funds, this is dependent upon their immigration status.
No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF)
Subject to the individual’s immigration status NRPF generally means they cannot access benefits, tax credits or local authority housing and homelessness support
