Coventry and Warwickshire Skills 4 Growth supports eligible small and medium-sized enterprises with European Social Funding for accredited and non-accredited training to improve skills amongst their workforce. 

The focus is on the skills needs and gaps of a company, with customised packages developed to address business requirements and support business growth. 50% of the costs of agreed training could be funded, eligibility criteria applies.

To receive support, companies must employ a maximum of 249 people, be operating in a Coventry and Warwickshire LEP postcode, and be registered as a company working in: Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering including Aerospace and Rail, Health and Social Care, Logistics, Construction, Education, Culture and Tourism, Digital and Creative Industries, IT Services, Professional Services, or Retail.

Funding is available to eligible businesses for agreed training that completes by March 2023.
