One-day interview skills training course for anyone hoping to understand the process better and practice their interview skills. This is an accredited module from the Employability Skills Level 1 Qualification and those who complete the course will receive a certificate from ABC training. Every Wednesday
Prince’s Trust will be coming to The Job Shop on various days over the next month to recruit for and talk about their various upcoming programmes. Fortnightly
This is a great opportunity to get people into the construction industry with free training that provides them with the exact skills employers are looking for. Customers have to be unemployed but not on any particular benefits. 20 September
System Group are running an awareness session to promote their upcoming LGV Training courses, upon successful completion, customers would be awarded with an LGV Cat C License. There will be a brief presentation to discuss the course content, DBS is required and also Maths & English Assessments. 3 October
Prospects are running a one-day digital skills session to highlight available avenues for customers to search for work. Topics will cover tailoring customers CV and explore the use of social media to search for work, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. 11 October
