You will be a qualified social worker who is registered with Social Work England, you will have considerable experience of working with children and their families in a statutory social care environment.

Your hands-on know-how will be further supported by amazing communication capabilities and the ability to create and nurture good relationships across organisations. With fantastic leadership skills, you will be excited by the trailblazing way in which we are improving the service, so we need someone who with great leadership skills to motivate and support our social workers.

We will give you direct influence over the welfare of children, you will need to be confident making decisions on casework and you will need to be passionate about making sure our Social Workers have everything they need to really make a difference.
