Early years providers who deliver Government funding, can claim the Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) for the universal offer (15 hours) where children are eligible. View the eligibility criteria.

Where parents or carers are found to be eligible, EYPP provides additional funding to the childcare provider. This funding supports the provision of additional resources to enhance the child’s educational experiences. E.g., staff training or the purchase of additional resources. Providers should ensure that the EYPP section of the Parent Funding Agreement is completed.
