Anger management

This two- hour course will enable delegates to discuss anger issues, gain a better understanding of anger and to develop skills to manage anger.

Target group

The course is aimed at all employees who want to explore their anger and develop strategies to help manage rage and anger.

Outcomes of the course

Delegates will be able to explore the issues and be better equipped to deal with any anger that may arise for themselves, and for those around them.
