The Manor Room is a room with magnificent beams to both walls and ceiling and is furnished to a high standard. The room will accommodate up to 20 people, including the couple and their witnesses; however, the entrance to the room is via a large step down, making it inaccessible to wheelchair users. However, The Library Room is on the ground floor of the Manor House making it accessible to wheelchair users and can be used in these circumstances.
If you choose to have your ceremony in this room you will be given the opportunity to personalise your ceremony by choosing the vows that you make. The bridal party will be invited into the room ahead of the guests so that their legal preliminaries can be completed in private before the ceremony commences. One of the bridal party can then if they wish leave the room to be escorted in.
If you would prefer a bespoke ceremony where you can choose your own vows, readings, music etc. or would like to be kept separate and be escorted into the room by someone of your choice please see The Black Prince Room.
