Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our appointment service is temporarily suspended. We will endeavour to deal with your enquiries by phone or email.
If you have information that we need to support your claim you can take a picture of it and send this in by email to [email protected]. Emailing us is the quickest way to get this to us and to make sure your claim is processed.

To make sure your question is answered as quickly as possible, please:
- Keep us up to date with your current email address and/or a mobile telephone number / landline number.
- If you have a smartphone you can take a picture of the information that we have asked for to support your claim – For example a wage slip and send it into us by email to [email protected].

- Saturday - Sunday and Bank Holidays: closed
