Up to £10,000 is available towards the cost of energy efficiency measures such as cavity wall and loft insulation and solar PV through the government’s Green Homes Grant Local Authority Delivery Scheme.
To be eligible for this support you will need to own your property, have a gross household income below £30,000 and your property will need to have an EPC rating of D, E, F or G. If you currently don’t have an EPC, Act on Energy can arrange this as part of the eligibility checks.

Act on Energy will take you through the application process to find out if you and your property could be eligible for this support. If you are eligible for this grant your details will be passed onto E.ON to undertake a property assessment and installs.
This funding is only available for a short period of time and funding will be allocated on a first come first served basis to eligible residents.
Please call Act on Energy on 0800 988 2881 if you would like to apply. Lines are open Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.
