The Children’s Services Learning and Development Programme 2022/2023 includes a comprehensive range of training from external and internal trainers, all experts in their field. It is important for all colleagues across Children’s Services and will support you to meet our statutory, regulatory and personal requirements and assist with progression.
These courses provide on-going support with development needs and priorities to ensure employees have access to high quality interventions. This learning offer will be reviewed throughout the year and further courses added when required to support practice improvements and improve outcomes for the children, young people and families in Coventry. New courses will be added to this brochure when they are developed. Please use this Learning and Development Programme in supervision and appraisals to identify your own needs and priorities and discuss these with your Manager.
