People are welcome to take their own picnics to the event. However, due to licensing regulations, you are not permitted to take alcohol. An event bar will be open, serving alcoholic and soft drinks. The venue will also be serving delicious hot food and cinema snacks. Please do not take glass containers or bottles.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult and all customers must bring their own seating (picnic rugs, beanbags, low-backed camping chairs, deckchairs).

No tents or gazebos will be permitted. Please respect the venue and take your litter home after the screening. Car parking charges will apply at the screening at £3 per vehicle (cash only).

Screenings go ahead in all but the worst weathers. Only if there's heavy, prolonged rain or high winds forecast will the screening be postponed or cancelled. No refunds will be given unless the screening is cancelled.
