Free school tickets to see 'Like There’s No Tomorrow'

Published Tuesday, 04 February 2020

Belgrade Theatre presents the Young Company in 'Like There's No Tomorrow', which gives voice to young people’s concerns about the climate and asks whether we should care about the earth we live on.

Like there's no tomorrow

The company brings together a group of the city’s most talented young performers, some of them already having graduated from actor training in Like There’s No Tomorrow:

The latest mobile phone. A new dress for the party. A second car.

Maru’s parents have worked hard for their money. They’ve earned their right to a little comfort.

But the pollution in the air means that Maru can hardly breathe and she can’t bear that no one can see the connection.

And to add insult injury, the local mayor plans to build on the park she played in as a child.

When a mysterious crack appears through the middle of Maru’s home town, someone has to sit up and take notice.

We are offering schools free tickets to see the performance on Thursday 12 March at 2.30pm. Although a recommended donation of £3 per student would be welcomed to support the Click Spring programme of work for children and young people.
