Give us your views on Adult Social Care services

Published Thursday, 13 January 2022

Each year, Coventry City Council writes to a random sample of those who use Adult Social Care services, or care for someone who does, to get their views on their experience with the service.

The questions ask people about their experiences of the services they receive, and the information gathered from those who respond helps the Council shape its service and make improvements to it. It also helps to understand what is most important to people who receive care and support from the Council.

Over 1,000 people will be contacted by post throughout January and February asking them to complete a questionnaire. Answers from the questionnaire will be treated in strict confidence and will not affect help or services received.

The survey is commissioned by the Care Quality Commission and the Department of Health and Social Care. All local authorities with responsibility for providing social care services have been asked to take part.

Those who do receive the survey are asked to respond as soon as possible and can contact 024 7697 7656 or [email protected] for more information on the survey.
