73157: Job Coach 

Salary: £23,893- £27,334  Per Annum 
Hours: Fixed Term - Full time 
Location: Coventry CV1 

Vacancy details: 

  • Deliver a quality service to enable people to get a job.
  • Participate in welcoming customers to the Job Shop and other services, advise them of support available and assist clients in creating/updating CV’s and with the completion of job application forms.
  • Carry out job search activities with and on behalf of customers.
  • Facilitate pre planned training sessions for customers.
  • Work intensively with clients on a 1:1 basis without direct supervision, using a variety of techniques to teach the skills necessary to carry out a particular job or task, whilst ensuring approaches used by individual’s maximise their independence and interact with available opportunities.
  • Undertake contact visits whilst clients are on placement, referring any issues to a senior member of the team.

Employment Coach 

Salary: £26,421 - £32,076 Per Annum
Hours: Fixed term - Full Time 
Location: Coventry CV1 

Vacancy Details: 

  • Work with customers in accordance with relevant legislation, local and national guidance, policies and procedures.
  • Manage a caseload of customers with a wide range of support needs by:
  • Building a strong relationship of trust with customers as a foundation for challenge, support, and the ownership of change by customers to move toward sustained employment.
  • Assessing the needs of customers in accordance with Coventry policies and procedures.
  • Pulling together a clear job search plan in strong collaboration with customers and other practitioners/agencies as a basis of change.
  • Bringing in additional employability and barrier breaking interventions for customers as needed from services and agencies.
  • Experience of intervention work with customers
  • Experience of delivering packages of support to help people to find a job or training
  • Experience of group work with customers
  • Experience of multi-disciplinary working in a Team

73165: Recruitment Advisor 

Salary: £25,000 Per Annum
Hours: Full Time

Required:

  • Self-motivated and committed to achieving targets
  • Experience as a Recruiter or similar role (preferred)
  • Experience working within the education / apprenticeships sector (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent relationship management abilities
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Salary: £25,749 Per Annum
Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours
