73109: Fundraiser 

Salary: £12-£14 Per Hour 
Hours: Flexible between 16 & 27 hours per week 
Location: Coventry CV1

72245: Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef

Salary: £10.65 Per Hour
Hours: Full-Time - 40 hours
Location: Coventry CV6

Vacancy Details: 
As a KA/ Commis chef you are an integral part of the kitchen team, main tasks will involve supporting the team to maintain a clean and tidy kitchen in accordance with the standards set by the company
You will be required to prepare, cook, and present food to our customers. This will only be required as and when you have been suitably trained to do so.  

  • To provide an appropriate and initiative-taking level of service to meet the needs of the F&B team and aim to support to exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure that professional respect and courtesy is maintained within the Food & Beverage environment and any concerns are communicated appropriately to the line manager.
  • Support the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to deliver on key financial targets including income, stock control and labour to contribute towards a positive GP performance
  • Attend team meetings as and when required understand how the venue is performing financially, offering contributions towards the success of the venue
  • Support the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to deliver any addition financial KPIs that may be communicated 
  • Be able to use all kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Once trained, have an awareness of knife usage and safety.
  • To have a sound knowledge of all equipment as to the safe dismantling, cleaning and reassemble.
  • After induction and suitable training assist in food preparation and production schedules of work as directed
  • To minimise wastage of disposable items and cleaning materials where possible.
  • To perform all your duties, responsibilities, and reasonable requests from management to the best of your ability always.
  • Ensure storage and dating/stock rotation is in line with company procedures and policies.
  • Be an advocate of health and safety and food safety in the venue 
  • Own all food safety and health and safety related activities within your area of responsibility
  • Lead a ‘zero harm’ culture, and have a ‘never turn your back on a hazard’ mentality
  • Take full responsibility for allergen management from a food perspective, always following with the Rank allergen management framework
  • Attend periodic food safety and health and safety meetings and training sessions as and when required
  • Support the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to deliver on key financial targets including income, stock control and labour to contribute towards a positive GP performance

72226: Poker Dealer

Salary: £10.65 Per Hour
Hours: Part-Time
Location: Coventry CV6

  • Must have a positive attitude & experience of working successfully in a hospitality role
  • Previous experience working as a poker dealer (Preferred)
  • Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business
  • Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working.
  • Good interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
  • Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
