Helping learners access free mobile data. If you’re finding data costs hard to manage, we’re here to help. Eligible learners can now receive free SIM cards or free data vouchers, so that you can stay connected to keep learning without hassle.
What you get
Free SIM Cards - choose from leading UK networks - Vodafone, O2, or Three, and get connected at no cost. You can add the sim easily on your Android or iPhone. We’ll guide you through every step. Each SIM comes preloaded with free data, calls, and texts so you can start using it right away:
- O2 – 25GB data + free UK calls & texts + 50 minutes of international calls to 42 countries (valid 30 days, renewable up to 12 months)
- Vodafone – 40GB data + free UK calls & texts (auto-renews monthly for 6 months)
- Three – 24GB data (one-off provision)
Free data vouchers
Already have a Virgin Media O2 SIM? We’ll help you port your number to a new O2 SIM provided through the National Databank. Once that’s done, we’ll add your free data vouchers.
Keep your number
Don’t want to lose your existing phone number? We’ll help you transfer (port)your number to your new SIM and even add free data when it’s done.
Who can apply
To receive free data support, you must:
- be 18 years or older
- have a personal income below £25,000 per year
- be a learner enrolled with Coventry Adult Education Service

Bring your photo ID and proof of income, and we’ll take care of the rest.
