Your physical and mental health

If you are worried about your health then you should talk to your GP or call NHS 111 for medical advice. Always call 999 if someone is seriously ill or injured, and their life is at risk.

Coventry and Warwickshire Mental Health Partnership Trust (CWPT) on 08081 966798 24 hour helpline. They can support people with a range of mental health conditions such as more severe depression and anxiety.

If you need to leave your home

Contact the Homelessness Advice service by calling 024 7683 4025, if you need to leave your home because of threats of abuse or violence. We will work with local support agencies to give you advice about finding somewhere to live and explore emergency accommodation options.

In all cases involving violence, your safety will be our main consideration in deciding next steps.

If you need to leave your home, remember to take essentials with you such as a change of clothes, toiletries and any medication you need to take regularly. Also, try to bring important items such as your passport, bank and credit cards and mobile phone.
