✅ Work Placement Opportunities – We partner with leading employers, including Amazon, University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire (UCHW), Coventry City Council, and smaller businesses and organisations offering bespoke placement opportunities. These experiences allow learners to develop real-world skills, gain confidence, and prepare for long-term employment.
✅ Specialist Support for Learners with Additional Needs – Our highly experienced staff are trained in supporting young people with anxiety, autism spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, and other neurodiverse needs. We take an individualised approach, ensuring that every learner receives the necessary guidance and accommodations to thrive.
✅ A Structured, Supportive Learning Environment – Many of our learners have struggled in mainstream education due to social anxiety, sensory needs, or difficulties with large class sizes. Our classes are small and carefully structured, creating a calm, welcoming environment where learners feel comfortable, engaged, and supported.
