Operative Healthcare cleaning operatives support frontline colleagues in the provision of a hygienically clean healthcare environment at a standard that supports and promotes the recovery of patients and prevents the spread of infection and cross-contamination. Healthcare cleaning operatives additionally use their communication skills to make a positive contribution to the service user’s experience. an employee in this occupation will be responsible for routine and non-routine cleaning, operations including deep cleaning and rapid response cleaning to a hygienic standard of cleanliness set by organisational and policy guidelines. Level 2 English and Maths 12 months
Accounts / Finance Assistant Maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within a business Set by employer 12 months

Lead Adult Care Worker Lead Adult Care Workers are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives. In addition, Lead Adult Care Workers have responsibility for providing supervision, frontline leadership, guidance and direction for others, or working autonomously, exercising judgement and accountability. DBS check; The individual must meet the 15 standards as set out in the Care Certificate; Level 2 English and Maths. 12 months
Leadership & Management (CMI) Level 3 Certificate in Management and leadership gives you the knowledge skills and behaviours required to support, manage and develop team members, manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources, deliver operational plans, resolve problems, and build relationships internally and externally. Typically 5 GCSEs at Grade C or higher (Decided by each employer) Level 2 English and Maths 15-18 months
Business Administration Supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. Level 2 English and Maths 18 months
Customer Service Specialist A professional for direct customer support within all sectors and organisation types Organisations will set their own entry criteria and are more likely to select individuals with more advanced inter-personal skills, experience of working with customers in some capacity. You must achieve level 2 English and maths prior to taking the end point assessment. 15 months
Public Service Operational Delivery Officer Working in local and central government to ensure the public gets the services and protection they need. Set by employer; Typically level two English and maths on entry 12 months
Team Leader/Supervisor Managing teams and projects to meet a private, public or voluntary organisation’s goals. The entry requirement for this apprenticeship will be decided by each employer, but may typically be five GCSEs at Grade C or higher. 12 months

Level 4: Higher Education (Foundation / Degree)

Public Relations and Communications Assistant Building, protecting and maintaining a positive reputation for brands, organisations and individuals. Level 2 English and Maths 12 months
Assistant Project Manager Managing project work and teams for businesses and other organisations. Set by the employer; or grade C or above in at least 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics, and hold a minimum of 48 UCAS points, or eq 24 months

Occupational Therapist Degree (level 6) Undertake occupational therapy assessment and interventions that demonstrate an understanding of the relationship between occupation and health and wellbeing. Typically 3 A levels or equivalent access qualifications. 48 months
