We want to let our customers know that, with immediate effect, we have temporarily restricted crisis support applications to food only.
Due to current demand and the need to prioritise essential needs, we are not accepting applications for crisis payments relating to other purposes at this time.
We appreciate your understanding as we focus our support on those most urgent areas.
