The Crisis and Resilience Fund has replaced the Household Support Fund and Discretionary Housing Payment.

Important update: Crisis Support applications

We are pleased to confirm that parts of the Crisis and Resilience Fund application process will be reopening on a phased basis.

From 21 July, applications for clothing and bedding support will reopen. This includes support for households who may require assistance with the cost of clothing, including school uniforms ahead of the new school term. Please note that if you have already received clothing and bedding support during the current grant period, you will not be eligible for any additional support.

As these application categories reopen, we will continue to monitor demand for the scheme closely to ensure that support remains available to residents most in need. Please be aware that, depending on demand and available funding, it may be necessary to suspend specific categories of support again at short notice.

We would like to thank residents for their patience and understanding while these arrangements have been in place. We remain committed to providing targeted financial support to households experiencing hardship across Coventry.

The fund runs until 31 March 2029.
