Course Outline
This programme provides a bespoke 3-hour intervention session designed to support children and young people who require additional guidance to reengage with education, manage transitions, and develop essential life skills.
Sessions are delivered in flexible settings including:
• Home • School • Community/outreach environments • Dare2Dream Hubs
Each programme is tailored to individual needs, agreed during the onboarding process in line with the referring body’s aims and desired outcomes.
Programme Aims The programme aims to:
• Reengage learners with education, training, or personal development pathways
• Support successful transitions (education, home, or social circumstances)
• Promote emotional wellbeing and resilience
• Build confidence, self-awareness, and self-esteem
• Equip learners with personal, social, and employability skills
• Enable participants to achieve meaningful and measurable outcomes

Key strengths include: Extensive experience in education, youth work, and pastoral support Strong understanding of mental health and wellbeing in young people Skilled in delivering 1:1 interventions and personalised learning programmes Experience supporting learners with social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH) Knowledge of safeguarding, inclusion, and trauma-informed practice Ability to build positive, trusting relationships to support engagement Staff are committed to ongoing professional development and deliver sessions using a person-centred, flexible, and supportive approach to meet each learner’s individual needs.
