Our sessions are bespoke to each young person, we will use their special interests to engage them, develop confidence and ultimately support them to access and continue in education.

We achieve 92% attendance, we deliver an engaging and targeted learning experience that is fully bespoke to the young person. We evidence all targets, such as EHCP outcomes, personalised pathways and provide qualifications. This is all based on the young persons special interests, we have had huge success with programmes such as Mechanics.

Staff Experience
We have a range of mentors with a wide range of skills, some are from an education background, whilst others deliver their specific skills in a practical way. We also have additional support with staff who are skilled in counselling.

Well-being assessment tools
We use Evidence Me alongside a young persons EHCP or ILP and the current curriculum to record and marry up a young persons health and emotional welfare alongside bespoke learning frameworks.

We deliver two hour sessions on a 1:1 - if we are working with a professional (such as a mechanic) the young person will have a 2:1 including their mentor.
