Course Outline
A structured 10-week re-integration programme delivered in a practical TeamSport Karting setting. Learners rebuild confidence, engagement and key life skills through AQA Unit Award Scheme. English and Maths are developed through applied speaking, listening, communication and money units. The programme supports a planned transition back into education.

Student Expected Outcomes
Improved attendance, engagement, confidence, communication, emotional awareness, teamwork, leadership, organisation, applied English and Maths, resilience and employability; AQA Unit Award achievement; and increased readiness to reintegrate into education. Progress is reviewed with the school in Weeks 4 and 8, with final recommendations for next steps.

Admissions Criteria
For learners who require a short, supportive intervention to rebuild engagement, confidence and readiness to return to education.
Staff Experience
Delivered by fully qualified instructors. The wider team has expertise in education, SEND, SEMH, safeguarding, behaviour, youth work, vocational training and mentoring. Teaching Assistants and Support Workers may accompany learners where required.
Delivery Area
Classroom, practical activity areas and go-karting track at TeamSport Coventry, with basic go-kart mechanics embedded throughout.
Programme length
10 weeks, delivered over 19 sessions because Week 1 consists of one day. Programme blocks run September–December, January–March and April–July.
