A practical Level 2 programme supporting progression into education, training or employment. Learners build career-readiness through CVs, applications, mock interviews, role play and telephone practice, alongside theory and practical learning. Learners go go-karting at the end of every session as a reward for engagement, attendance and positive behaviour.

Admissions Criteria
For Key Stage 4 learners who benefit from personalised, applied learning outside mainstream education. Referrals are reviewed individually using enrolment and learner information to confirm suitability and safe support.
Staff Experience
Delivered by experienced TeamSport instructors with vocational and practical expertise. The wider team has experience across education, SEND, SEMH, safeguarding, behaviour support, youth work, vocational training and employability.
Delivery Area
Classroom, vocational areas and go-karting track at TeamSport Coventry, combining career-readiness activities with karting enrichment.

Full academic year with flexible intake, subject to completing the required guided learning hours and assessments.
