Overview
This course is aimed at learners with little to no prior experience and is suitable for participants who would like to develop the basic steps of Ballroom & Latin dances. Throughout the course participants will learn new steps that culminate in repeating routines. These routines, and the skills developed each week, should give the learner the tools and confidence to consider dancing in a social setting, such as a tea dance, wedding or formal event.
A variety of styles and rhythms will be explained, with three different dances being taught. Learners receive an introduction to the dances seen on some of the most popular dance-based TV shows.

Ballroom dances include Waltz & Tango.
Latin American dances include the Jive.

You will need a dance partner to enrol on this course.
