Learners will access industry-standard vocational programmes designed to develop practical skills, confidence and employability.
Proposed pathways include:

Vocational learning will be practical, engaging, project-based and informed by employer expectations, enabling learners to develop transferable workplace skills alongside accredited qualifications.
English and Maths
Each learner will complete an initial assessment to establish their starting points and inform an individual learning programme.
Provision includes:
● Functional Skills English
● Functional Skills Maths
● GCSE support where appropriate
● Contextualised English and Maths linked to vocational learning
● Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
● Regular progress reviews
Educ8 works in partnership with OWLS Training, whose qualified Level 7 Careers Advisers provide personalised careers guidance tailored to each learner's aspirations and individual needs.
Careers Guidance
Each learner will receive a one-to-one careers guidance interview to establish career aspirations and develop a personalised progression plan.
Additional sessions may include:
● Confidence-building workshops
● Options at 16
● LEGO® Serious Play activities to explore career ambitions
● Labour Market Information (LMI)
● Writing an effective personal statement
● CV development
● Interview preparation
● Apprenticeship and college application support Employability Skills
Learners will develop:

Placements are accepted pending a successful interview.
Staff Experience
Staff have live experience within the vocational qualifications on offer. All staff are either level 5 qualified, or working towards level 5. Staff are first aid trained and have up to date DBS.
