Staff Experience
Viniris deploys qualified teachers, specialist tutors, SEND practitioners, behaviour support staff, mentors, therapists, youth workers, sports coaches, wellbeing coaches, engagement workers and specialist intervention staff according to learner need. Our workforce has extensive experience supporting learners with SEND, SEMH, behavioural needs, trauma, anxiety, school avoidance, exclusion risk and complex educational requirements. In addition to educational provision, Viniris has extensive experience delivering integrated education and care packages, including 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 support arrangements for children and young people with complex behaviours, high levels of risk and additional support needs. Our staff regularly work alongside schools, local authorities, social care teams, families and external professionals to deliver coordinated, outcome-focused support that promotes engagement, attendance, emotional wellbeing, independence and positive progression.

All settings are risk assessed and selected to provide safe, supportive and effective learning experiences.

Viniris provides flexible and bespoke support packages. Staff are matched according to qualifications, experience and learner requirements. Provision can combine tuition, mentoring, behaviour support, therapeutic interventions, coaching, SEND support and integrated education and care packages within a single commissioned service. Support packages can be tailored to meet the individual needs of the child or young person, as well as the requirements of the commissioning school, local authority or wider professional network. We can provide group provision, 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 support arrangements and can develop bespoke programmes combining education, mentoring, therapeutic support, behaviour support and care provision where required. Minimum delivery requirements, staffing levels, programme length and intervention structures are agreed collaboratively with the commissioning school or local authority and are tailored to the individual learner's needs, outcomes and educational objectives.
Cost of Course
Pricing is determined according to the level of provision required, staffing ratios, qualifications of staff deployed and complexity of learner need. Typical rates range from £50–£75 per hour. Half-day, full-day and bespoke commissioned packages are available.
