Our Swimming Therapy & Water-Based Wellbeing Programme provides young people with a safe and supportive environment to develop confidence in and around water while improving physical and emotional wellbeing.
Activities focus on swimming skills, water confidence, fitness, relaxation techniques and personal achievement. Water-based exercise can help reduce anxiety, improve concentration and support positive mental health while encouraging participation in physical activity.
Learners are supported to work towards personal goals at their own pace, celebrating progress and building self-esteem through positive experiences in the water.
