Our Dog Grooming & Animal Care Programme provides learners with hands-on experience working with dogs while developing confidence, responsibility and employability skills.
Participants learn basic grooming techniques, coat care, hygiene, animal welfare, safe handling and the importance of meeting individual animal needs. Young people gain an understanding of professional grooming environments while developing patience, communication and attention to detail.
The programme supports emotional wellbeing through positive interactions with animals and can provide valuable insight into careers within animal care, grooming and veterinary-related services.
