Course Outline
A personalised programme helping young people develop the practical skills, confidence and understanding needed to prepare for further education, training and future employment. Learning connects personal development with real-world employability skills and is adapted around the learner's age, interests, abilities and intended next steps.

Student Expected Outcomes
Increased understanding of education, training and employment pathways; improved communication, organisation and employability skills; greater confidence discussing strengths and aspirations; development of CV, application and interview skills; and preparation for an appropriate post-16 or future employment pathway. Where appropriate, learners can work towards relevant accredited Open Awards units or qualifications.

Admissions Criteria
Adapt Ed supports young people aged 10–18. Content and accredited pathways are selected according to the learner's age, starting point, ability, interests and intended next steps.

Activities can be personalised around sectors and careers that genuinely interest the learner, helping connect current learning with a meaningful future goal.
