A personalised 1:1 Duke of Edinburgh Award programme supporting young people to work towards a nationally recognised achievement while developing confidence, independence, resilience and practical skills. Young people are supported through the relevant sections of their DofE programme, with activities personalised around their interests, abilities and individual needs.
Course Modules
Duke of Edinburgh Award: Bronze Award - 14+; Silver Award - 15+; Gold Award - 16+. Programme activities cover the relevant DofE sections, including Volunteering, Physical, Skills and Expedition, with Residential also required at Gold level.

Student Expected Outcomes
Young people can work towards achieving the Bronze, Silver or Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award at the appropriate age and level. Alongside the Award, young people have opportunities to develop confidence, independence, resilience, commitment, communication, practical skills and a sense of personal achievement.

Delivered through personalised 1:1 provision. Sessions are three hours per day, with placements available up to 15 hours per week. DofE can form part of the young person's wider Adapt Ed programme alongside education, mentoring, enrichment and personal development.
