Course aim and outcomes:

To explore the vital importance of critical reflective practice.

At the end of the session, you will be able to understand:

  • The What? Why? How? Framework
  • The stages, steps, spaces and structures of reflection
  • The importance of reflection both for practice and self-care
  • The concept of moral injury and mitigating the impact of this
  • The use of different thinking styles in practice
