Frailty Awareness - Adult Social Care training and development

Course objectives

The frailty e-Learning aims to promote a greater understanding of frailty and the need for a multi-professional and agency approach.

The training highlights the impact of acute health events and how they frequently present as one of the frailty syndromes.

There is an opportunity to practice the application of a frailty assessment tool.

An overview of the different types of interventions and management is highlighted for the older person living with frailty.
