Telecare Awareness sessions - Adult Social Care training and development

Aim:
An awareness session for those who have not attended this training before and a refresher session for staff that
have attended previously. This session is to provide an overview of the referral process, scope of the telecare
service and information on the range of equipment available.

Outcome:
At the end of the session, colleagues will be able to complete the referral and have a knowledge of the equipment
available to meet identified needs
