Hi! My name is Carlie-May. I am a Senior Practitioner at the Central Area Neighbourhood Children's team.

The people that you work with are just amazing. I mean just having the teamwork the support from your team the laughs that you have as a team that really gets you through. People around you to be able to talk, to share things with, um bat things off against, I've really kind of come out of my comfort zone and really developed as a person and as a practitioner as well. Urm and I think that's got a lot to do with the managers that I've developed relationships with over the years um and just really enjoying what I do it.

I've developed, I think, quite quickly and had the support to be able to do that I think if, I think, your skills are recognised um by management um and you know I've done placements in different local authorities and different agencies and I've been here for 13 years and I can't ever I can't imagine working anywhere else because I just I don't know I don't think I'd have the opportunities that I've had here um anywhere else and that probably comes from developing the professional relationships that I have and just my skills being recognised as a
practitioner.
