Social Work England Regional Engagement Lead (Midlands) Gavin Moorghen will be introducing Social Work England’s Fitness to Practice procedures to managers and supervisors. This will include a focus on when referrals should be made, what concerns are more likely to be raised, equality and diversity issues and highlight any points in the process where Social Work England depend on employer’s support.
