Okay so to start off with um I'll start off with the the system overview so just for those who aren't aware this is just a bit of a context scene setting so within the world of CAHMS in Coventry or rise is what you may know it as uh there's different tiers in the system and the tiers are made up from one to four with your tier one being a universal support offer so that's the likes of your early help support offer through the family hubs um you've got other aspects to the gp you've got your um your school nursing through the family health and lifestyles project and the number of different services, SEND in there as well and then you can move over you've got the tier two so this diagram just sets out i know you can't read it and it's quite detailed but we'll be sharing these slides around to people as well afterwards so they can have a little bit of a nose through but tier two you can see the more the targeted support offers so they're more delivered through our comments you're watching mine service and which will come onto a presentation shortly and then you've got your tier three offer which is more of your getting help um and your i guess your specialist intervention so when people talk about CAHMS this is the area that um people allude to so it's a specialist CAHMS element and that's delivered through CDWPT and i guess we've got um another presentation further on around that as well and then you've got your tier 3.5 which is your crisis support offer and then you've got your tier 4 which is your inpatient provision but then alongside that we've got the navigation hub which is using almost a single point of contact into the rise service and the dotted lines between shows interlinkages between organisations and and services and then we've got um a separate strand here for cove and this is our digital support office so that's our uh obviously digital intervention that we've got available to children people across country and again we've got a slide on that so i thought just helpful setting the scene for people and so we'll move on to the next slide.
