Cllr O’Boyle -So I’m just sitting here again with my colleagues councillor Patricia Hetherton councillor David Welsh we're at the old fountain at the centre of the precinct you'll see something behind us that is a bit new it's from a company on the a45 called HDL an engineering company worked with lots of automotive business they put in this installation. now look David is this an installation that is a part of engineering manufacturing part of our history or is this actually a piece of art?

Cllr Welsh - so this is a fantastic piece of engineering it's part of our heritage and it's a piece of art as well I think it's going to look fantastic and I look forward to seeing it finished.

Cllr O’Boyle -  well thank you David very interesting now look turning to Patricia of course again this is part of our fantastic public realm that your team and the city council have been working very hard with Eurovia on this is the latest part of the installation for what is happening in our great upper precinct and the precincts generally.

Cllr Hetherton - yeah Jim this is um this is a dynamic turbine fountain it's going to make such a difference to with the features here and lit up is going to be fantastic for people they've always loved this and wanted to sit around here so this is just going to enhance the feature that we've had for years and again it's just a wonderful addition to the work that we are doing.

Cllr O’Boyle -  thank you but getting a bit noisier now because the work continues still a lot to do this is going to be finished over the next few weeks and it'll be a real change to our city centre and I know Patricia and David will be back again soon to look at some of the trees that are going to be planted here as well as we get closer and closer to the finish
