Everyone at garden organic is thrilled to have achieved the bronze level thrive at work award over the past 12 months with the support of Jenny Duggan we have put employee health and well-being at the centre of all our decisions at work. Garden organic employees now have access to an employee assistance program, a flexible working policy and also receive regular talks from health and well-being specialists at team meetings. We have seen a reduction in absence and an increase in positive conversations around health in the workplace. As an organisation, the change to a more open supportive approach has resulted in our employees feeling confident to approach their line managers and HR team to access support and guidance at the start of any potential problem.
