I can't honestly say I've never done so much walking in San Fran in my life so much so that all the school runs all the trips to work all being done with that use of a car I've even adapted my shopping habits so I can do it on my bike I know mental right so accordingly me and my son have felt much healthier and active all round so overall I can honestly say the experience has been really really positive and we hope to sustain it.
