This online course presents information around the prevention and management of pressure ulcers. The aim of the course is to help the learner understand what pressure ulcers are, how they are treated and how they can be prevented. The course is aimed at frontline care workers and managers who support service users who are at risk of acquiring pressure ulcers either due to their immobility, age, medical conditions or the medication they take.
