Course Aim
Assessments and Support Plans can sometimes feel like administrative form-filling. This course aims to bring the forms to life by placing the human being we’re working with at the front and centre. Using a strengths-based approach we’ll show you how to capture the spirit and essence of the service user. By constructing informative pen portraits we can gain real insights into the person – and then be able to support them in a more personalised way. Capturing their life experiences and discovering their stories could throw up some fascinating things!
