This course offers an introduction to the Construction trade, some of the units covered are;
Health and safety
Working as a team
Developing bricklaying
Carpentry
Joinery
Decorating
Plastering
And maintenance skills.
Numeracy, English and life skills are also developed with the bespoke package delivered to each student based on their individual needs. The course material is delivered using both practical and written approaches where students can also develop life skills such as communication.
