Brakes Training offer courses utilising Motor Vehicle skills to motivate learners to reengage with training, employment and education.
We are a flexible provider that can offer short tasters, 6 - 12 weeks accredited courses, 1 and 2 years accredited courses. Learners have the chance to develop personal social and employability skills whilst gaining experience in a ‘real’ working garage.
Learners are able to gain customer service skills alongside motor vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Functional Skills are embedded in the courses so learners understand the importance of numeracy and literacy. They will develop a problem solving approach to learning and see the relevance of education and how it leads to positive progression. - Course Modules
