Our wrestling training program is designed to develop strength, technique, and confidence in a structured and professionally coached environment.
Sessions cater to individual and small-group training, ensuring tailored instruction for all skill levels.
Course Modules
1. Wrestling Fundamentals & Technique
- Introduction to wrestling styles and rules
- Mastering basic moves such as takedowns, holds, and escapes
- Developing balance, agility, and coordination

2. Strength & Conditioning
- Building endurance, flexibility, and explosive strength
- Tailored fitness drills to enhance wrestling performance

3. One-on-One & Small-Group Training

- Partnered drills to enhance technique and reaction speed

MW Impact offers expert-led wrestling training in a dedicated wrestling ring, providing participants with a professional and immersive experience.
Our sessions are delivered by a highly experienced wrestling coach, ensuring tailored instruction that meets individual and group needs.

Training Structure & Delivery Areas:
Professional Wrestling Ring: Fully equipped space designed for technical skill development, drills, and live practice. 1-on-1 Coaching: Personalised sessions focusing on technique, strength, and strategic wrestling skills.

2-on-1 Sessions: Small-group training fostering competitive practice, teamwork, and applied wrestling drills.

Small Group Training: Interactive sessions designed to build confidence, fitness, and wrestling fundamentals in a supportive environment.

Our sessions combine technical skill development, fitness conditioning, and wrestling strategy, ensuring participants gain confidence, discipline, and real-world wrestling experience.
